Musa Halilu-Ahmed is the Chairman of TILT Group, the holding company of diversified subsidiaries working in a range of sectors including energy, construction, engineering, agriculture, and technology to create shared prosperity and amplify value for its stakeholders and society.

He is a revered thought leader and entrepreneur who is guided by the belief that the only way we can fulfil our dreams is by being fearless because our aspirations and success lie on the other side of fear. As one of Nigeria's foremost entrepreneurs under 50, Musa has provided direction and scope that helped transform some of Africa’s struggling startups into successful cash cows.

Musa’s business and leadership trajectory follow a 20-year business career that availed him the springboard to work and learn the ropes of business, amass cross-industry expertise, and build a global network, which culminated in the attainment of his previous role as the CEO of Orangefield Allied Transnational.

His track record over the last two decades reflects his passion for entrepreneurship and commitment to the development of society. In his capacity as Chairman of TILT Group, Musa is charged with leading the effort to secure the award of high-value contracts and business opportunities for subsidiaries of the group. His achievement in this area is validated by the multifarious projects of all sizes and levels of complexity in the group's portfolio; ranging from fabrication of a 500 tonne self-propelled fuel barge and 500 tonne self-propelled water barge for the Nigerian Navy, upgrade and overhaul of critical power infrastructure including turbines and gas boosters for power plants in Nigeria. a turnkey project for the construction of 330 KVA transmission lines, supply of ballistic security patrol boats to the Nigerian Ports Authorities, renovation and remodelling of Kaduna State House of Assembly, construction of 120-kilometre road in Taraba State as well as the construction of schools, primary healthcare centres, stadiums in various parts of Nigeria.

Musa is the brainchild behind the redefinition of business strategies and operational framework that revolutionised and transformed TILT Group from an organisation with a subnational focus to a conglomerate with a national outlook and service footprints. He spearheads the identification of key growth measures aimed at consolidating the group’s operations, while ultimately delivering services and experiences that not only transcend expectations but deliver top-line value to clients and stakeholders. He is fully devoted to providing futuristic direction that will continue to accelerate the group’s growth, build meritocracy, and enhance the reputation of the conglomerate.

With a firm resolve to leave the world a much better place than he found it, Musa has consistently championed impactful philanthropic activities that complement the effort of the government (Nigeria) in meeting the needs of the marginalised population in critical sectors such as education, health and financial inclusion. Through his non-profit organisation - Musa Halilu Ahmed Foundation, he has sponsored over 11,000 out-of-school children back to school with welfare support up to tertiary level for them, and lifted over 6000 undeserving poor people out of poverty, with special attention to including women because they suffer disproportionately from poverty.

He is a recipient of several prestigious awards which spotlights his burgeoning work and activities in contributing towards Nigeria’s attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals’ target. This has further earned him a revered traditional title ‘Dujima Adamawa’ conferred on him by the Lamido of Adamawa, His Royal Highness Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa. The traditional title is a position that is highly reserved for philanthropists who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in civic and charitable responsibility.

Musa Halilu-Ahmed is a highly sought-after speaker at fora and is widely quoted on entrepreneurship and partnership for value creation. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) degree in management studies from Kaduna Polytechnic and has attended several executive management courses in different parts of the world including the Leading Global Businesses executive education programme at Harvard Business School.

As the CEO of TILT Group, He is responsible for setting the strategic priorities, providing executive direction, and overseeing the Group’s operations.

His contemporaries revere him as a titan with passion for fostering a culture of opportunities and leveraging emerging technologies for promoting productivity. Over the past decade, his philanthropic activities implemented through the vehicle of his non-profit organisation (Habeeb Okunola Foundation) has impacted the lives of no fewer than twenty thousand underserved Nigerians, with a deliberate focus on consolidating the delivery of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in Nigeria. Deji is an accomplished young business leader with almost two decades of varied experience cutting across the finance, consultancy, infrastructure and energy industries. An advocate of sustainability as tool for competitive advantage; Deji oversees the strategic direction and operations of the subsidiaries of the TILT Group. He ensures a bespoke alignment between the business objectives of the organization and its strategic intent. 
He is also responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategy of TILT Group in respect of diversification, portfolio realignment, market development and negotiations for mergers and acquisitions.
Deji has made significant contributions to the development of local content in the Nigerian Energy Industry and is a member of the Nigerian Content Consultative forum of the Nigerian Content Monitoring and Development Board (NCDMB).
A strong social advocate; Deji is an active member of the Private Sector Advisory Group (PSAG) working towards the implementation of the SDGs in Nigeria.
Deji also sits on the board of Yikodeen Footwear ltd and acts as a trustee/advisor to several charities.
Deji is a firm believer in SMEs as the engine of economic growth and acts as an advisor, mentor and angel investor to several start-ups across the country.
Deji holds a first degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and an MBA in Oil and Gas management from the Aberdeen Business School UK. He is also an award winning Associate of the Chartered institute of Bankers as well as an Affiliate of the chartered Management institute UK (CMI) and the Project Management Institute USA (PMI).

With dedication, entrepreneurship and consummate business ethics, Jameel Olatunji has spent close to over a decade in the engineering and construction industry where he currently serves as the Managing Director of TILT Construction, a company responsible for executing multi-million dollar projects annually. Under his leadership, the company’s revenue has witnessed tremendous growth, improved safety performance, added market penetration and expanded service geography across Nigeria.

At TILT Construction, Jameel has been opportune to execute all types of high-profile engineering projects including construction of marine transport infrastructure, road transport infrastructure, power lines & substations, military infrastructure and installations, public sector infrastructure such as hospitals, schools, offices, residences, etc. that help shape the society we live in today.

A highly engaged, strategic and decisive leader, his deep experience in multiple industrial markets including construction, real estate, energy and engineering has equipped him with monumental expertise that furnishes him with the acumen to seamlessly manage vast array of projects regardless of the project complexity. During the course of his professional career, he has taken on new challenges and delivered series of projects throughout the country; where he has earned an impeccable reputation for his leadership skills, as well as commitment to excellence and innovation.

He is an Alumnus of the prestigious Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, where he also studied Business Foundations at McCombs Business School. He is also a graduate of Estate Management from University of Lagos, Akoka. Jameel is an active member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) doubling as the General Secretary of the NSE Apapa branch. He is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineering (SPE), Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) and the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

Upon recent completion of an MSc in Sustainable Civil Engineering (Maritime) [(MSc) (Eng.) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and also a BSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Adefolu has gained strong analytical and technical skills in the professional world of sustainable engineering that compliment his excellent intuition.

Aspects of experience span across; Design of Roads, Bridges and Building Structures, Coastal and Offshore Structures, Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, Modeling of Estuary and Coastal Waters, Generation of Sustainable Energy, Highway and Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Structures Engineering, Fluid Dynamics and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)-thus providing a vast knowledge density that is exceptionally advantageous.

This has been further sharpened by his work experience in fast-paced, high profile and pressure engineering institutions.
